Crawley United Reformed Church

Our Regeneration Project

InteriorShutterstockThe Regeneration Project commenced in 2015. In Phases 1 & 2 the interior and the exterior of the Sanctuary were both re-constructed resulting in a bright modern building, with a striking gold frontage.

There is a new church office, a new kitchen, a further  kitchenette,  refurbished meeting rooms and secondary toilets. Of note, Worth Park Playgroup benefits now from it's own kitchenette and toilets ensuring a safe, secure  and dedicated space.

In Phase 3 the gents' toilets have been re-furbished  and the disabled toilet re-built to conform with current access standards.

We are now raising funds to compete the project through grant applications and community events (see "What's On"). In Phase 4 the ladies' toilets will be-built and an access lift installed for the disabled. In Phase 5 the main hall will be re-furbished, exterior  windows to the halls replaced and new fire safety doors installed.

To date the Regeneration Project has cost some £386,000. We need to raise £50,000 to complete the final phases of the project.
