Crawley United Reformed Church

Regeneration Project

InteriorShutterstockThe Regeneration Project commenced in 2015.  The interior and the exterior of the Sanctuary have been re-constructed resulting in a bright modern building, with a striking gold frontage.

There is a new church office, a new kitchen, a further  kitchenette,  refurbished meeting rooms and secondary toilets.  Worth Park Playgroup and other children's activities benefit from a separate kitchenette and toilets to give a safe, secure  and dedicated space.  The gents' toilets have been re-furbished  and the disabled toilet re-built to conform with current access regulations.

We are now raising the £65,000*  to compete the current phase due to start in October 2018.  The ladies' toilets will be rebuilt and an access lift installed for the disabled.

* As at May 31st - £17,000 achieved

The first four phases of the Regeneration Project cost some £404,000.  The church has raised this amount without the need for borrowing.  All phases to date have been completed on time and within budget.
